With the SP PNG Hunters kicking of the season with two impressive win away from home, Hunters fans and rugby league followers are expected to pack the National Football Stadium to capacity as the Hunters host Tweed Head Seagulls this Saturday.
Tickets for the match are already selling since Monday and fans can purchase tickets at all Stop ‘N’ Shop outlets in Port Moresby.
The Tickets are selling at K50 for the grandstand, K25 for the outer stands and special tickets for the Premium seats on the Western end of the Grandstand going for K80 which includes food and drinks.
Meanwhile the Venues Management have already started with preparations with the playing surface in excellent condition and other facilities in the venue are fully operational.
According to Mr Hubert Warupi from the NFS Venue Management they will not be selling tickets at the Stadium Gates. This is to avoid unnecessary impediments to the nearby residents and allow smooth flow of people going to watch the game.
Mr Warupi also said that they have engaged the services of the Police force who will be monitoring all entries to the Stadium and checking for weapons or prohibited items while controlling traffic flow.
General entry for the public into the Stadium will be from the Boroko Market side while VIP’s with vehicles entry point is from the Laurabada Avenue next to the Bisini Softball Diamonds.
