Mr Foo also spoke to the business community about safety compliance as well as challenges faced by the airline.
Air Niugini arranges regular meetings with the business communities of PNG to allow opportunity for the Airline Management to hear directly from business communities and customers on their thoughts, opinions and experience relating to ANG’s operations.
Mr. Foo said, “We welcome feedback from our customers as this helps Air Niugini Serve our customers better.”
“ For Lae passengers, we have 38 flights per week with connections to and from 43 international destinations.”
The President of the Lae Chamber of Commerce, Alan McLay said that whilst the increase in flights between Lae & Port Moresby makes onward movement to Australian Ports easier to access, Lae Businesses still look forward to the day when International flights will take off from NADZAB, commencing with Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane.
