Sir Julius Chan warns of looming financial crisis
Sir Julius when commenting on the current cash-flow situation facing the country says, there's been a restriction on the outflow of money on a lot of shops and businesses will feel the effect.
In fact, this is the first time Sir Julius Chan has come out public about the country's current financial situation.
He says a lot of them will not feel the effect now as they still have their stocks.
