Segeyaro to captain Kumuls for Pacific Test against Fiji Bati
PNG LNG Kumuls coach Michael Marum has confirmed that Kumul no. 282 James Segeyaro will captain the side for Saturday's 2018 Pacific Test against Fiji.
Marum said: "It's James' second year representing his country and he has really settled into being a Kumul. He has been outstanding for Cronulla Sharks in their recent games and has become one of the leaders at his club. I'm sure he'll go out there and lead his country well and, with his father being a former Kumul, this will mean a lot to him."
Segeyaro made his debut for the Kumuls at RLWC2017 and played all four matches, scoring one try.
