PNG Government Jet flight to Aropa in Bougainville questioned

Bougainville Police have no idea why the PNG Government Jet, KUMUL landed at the Aropa airport on Christmas day.

Local Radio Station New Dawn FM reported  that the Government Jet Kumul carried some people from the Works Department to Aropa but this report was not confirmed. Authorities in Bougainville told the Radio Station that they had no report on the Jet landing at Aropa Airport.

Earlier,  the ABG House, ABG President, Chief Dr. John Momis  revealed that he was concerned that the PNG Government was trying to talk with the Panguna landowners and the ABG regarding its intention to pay of RIO TINTO’s 53.83percent Share in BCL.

And that he was invited by the Prime Minister, Peter O’Neill for a meeting with RIO TINTO in Singapore on December 17th, 2015.

ABG President had assured the ABG house that the Minerals in Panguna are owned by the people of Bougainville as they shed blood over them.
