Case Looms against Paska
Former Secretary General of the PNG Trade Union Congress, is believed to have breached a court order preventing him from representing the unions in the country.
The court order by the Coalition of Unions, prevents John Paska from representing them, as the president of the T-U-C, after his term in office lapsed recently.
Its believed, Mr Paska and the President of the Energy Workers Unions are both in Geneva for a Union Convention.
Meantime, the battle over the presidency of the T-U-C is far from over.
A court order is in place refraining both Mr. Paska and his predecessor Ugwalubu Moana from taking office.
The Coalition of Unions, appointed Mr. Moana to the post, after alleging that Mr. Paska's tenure had expired.
This forced Mr. Paska to take Mr. Moana to court.
This case is expected to be heard next week. NBC /PNG Today
