Parkop leads NCD Regional

National Capital District incumbent Governor, Powes Parko is leading the NCD regional  with 5,695 primary votes after the count of 54th box.  An independent candidate, Michael Kondiu takes the second spot with 2 737 votes.  The top five candidates in the race are shown below.
