NICTA WARNS ASIAN SHOPS
NICTA's Manager Enforcement & Compliance, Gabriel Nakau has warned those business houses that NICTA recently confiscated illegal transmitter radios from.
Mr Nakau said that NICTAs inspection officers have issued warning letters to those shops not to have these illegal items on their shelves again.
He warned them on the consequences they will be faced with if they discard NICTAs warnings.
Shop owners are also warned of selling counterfeit products. It is believed most counterfeit products are sold by Asian shops in the country.
