15 year old girl missing since Sunday, mother calls for help

A 15-year-old girl has been missing in the Moresby South suburb of Gerehu since Sunday and her parents are concerned about her safety.

Gracelynne Aihi of Kairuku district, Central Province, fled her family home at Stage 7 following an argument and has not been seen since, despite an extensive search at Gerehu and at her relatives’ homes.

Mother, Imelda Aihi said when her daughter left their house she had told friends that she was going to her grandmother’s house but was not there when they went to check the next day.

Mrs Aihi described her daughter as 168cm tall, has brown-coloured skin and was wearing a black T-shirt with white strips, and a short jeans.

Gracelynne’s mother said they desperately need their daughter to come back home and if anyone has seen her anywhere must contact her on mobile number (+675) 71106581/73776905/73331465.

 “To my lovely daughter Grace, please my dear come back home, we love you and miss you so much,” she said.
