And Kikori MP Mark Maipakai has raised his hand to take the lead in the fight to oust the governor from the seat he claims Mr. Kavo does not rightly deserve.
“I have the backing of majority of the local leaders and we will make sure that prosecuted governor Havila Kavo does not retain the seat of the governor,”
MP Maipakai has assured the people of Gulf Province that while he has the support of seven LLG presidents in the province, they are standing firm and will make sure not to give the quorum to pass the provincial budget while prosecuted governor Havila Kavo sits in the governor’s chair.
