PNG Hunters slip into top five
The PNG Hunters are now in top five of the Intrust Super Cup competition after they mauled Northern Pride 36 - 16 at Kalabond oval yesterday. The Hunters are placed fifth on the competition ladder.
The top five after 9 rounds: Townsville Blackhawks (16), Wynnum Manly Seagulls (14), Mackay Cutters (14), Ipswich Jets (14), SP PNG Hunters (12).
The Hunters will play the 12th placed Norths Devils this Sunday at Bishop Park, Australia at 2:30pm.
