PNG Hunters still maintain 4th placing on the Intrust Super Cup ladder
The PNG Hunters are still placed 4th on Intrust Super Cup competition ladder despite getting two points from a bye in round 12. Third placed Manly Seagulls did well over the weekend by holding off Redcliffe Dolphins 22 - 12 to retain their third spot on the ladder. Ipswich Jets belted luckless South Logan Magpies 50 - 20 to maintain 2nd spot on the ladder. Competition leaders, Townsville Mendi Blackhawks collected two easy points from a bye to maintain their 1st spot on the ladder with better point difference.
The Hunters will take on Ipswich Jets in round 13 of the Intrust Super Cup in Kokopo. In round 14, the Hunters will take on South Logan Magpies in a game that will be likely watched by a biggest crowd in Intrust Super Cup History in Sir John Guise stadium in Port Moresby. This match is schedule to test the Pacific Games Venue ( Sir John Guise Stadium) on the 13th of June, 2015.
