Education Department starts year with Dedication Service

The key message in the Education Department’s Dedication Service for 2016 is to uphold the key principal of any organisation which is commitment and faithfulness in their respective work places.
This was the message delivered by Pastor Idowu Onamusi who led the dedication service this morning.
Pastor Onamusi reminded the teachers and the general staff that education is the foundation of the country’s economy and that makes the Education Department an important department in the country.
“I urged all of you to practise honesty and commitment in your work places and you will be able to see positive things taking place in the department” said Pastor Onamusi.
Meanwhile Dr Kombra also stressed to his staff to serve with sincerity and truth as their actions and decisions will affect the lives of students across the country.
Dr Kombra also declared that every school throughout the country must set a date aside next week for dedication service.
“Our country is a Christian country and it’s important that schools must do a dedication service and start off the academic year on a good note, despite all these issue with TFF and other things” said Dr Kombra.
