Fiji declares State of Natural Disaster
State of Natural Disaster has been declared in Fiji. Reports state 1 person has died with hundreds of homes devastated. A curfew remains in the capital city Suva with Cyclone Winston heading towards Vanuatu. Meanwhile a new system is forming near Cook Islands and Samoa. Photo credit: Tulsi Chivers
