PNG Air assists stranded Travel Air passengers
PNG AIR has announced today that any passenger, who has purchased a ticket on the cancelled Mangi Lo Ples (Travel Air) services, would instead be able to travel FREE OF CHARGE on a PNG AIR service on the same route.
Chief Commercial Officer for PNG AIR, Paul ABBOT, said with the cancelled operations affecting the travel plans of many passengers who have already bought and paid for tickets, PNG AIR is willing to help ensure that people can still connect with family and friends.
“Any customer of TRAVEL AIR who has a valid unused ticket can exchange for a space available ticket on a PNG Air Service without any additional payment,” said Mr Abbot.
This ticket swap arrangement will be available until Monday 29th February and passengers on cancelled TRAVEL AIR services wishing to swap should present their unused ticket to the nearest PNG AIR Sales office.
