Traffic boss angry with officers seeking money from motorist
The ACP Traffic Division Jerry Frank expressed disappointment over certain police officers extorting money from motorists during roadblocks in Port Moresby.
Mr Frank told this station that any police officer whether senior or any other ranks does not have the right to extort money from motorists while conducting roadblocks if motorist have no license or has expiry registration.
Mr Frank says the reservist police officer who was captured on video for asking an expatriate man for money during the Christmas operation at Gordons area will be identified one police view the video which was posted on social media facebook and have the officer investigated charged and terminated.
