PNG Hunters second on the ladder after round 9 win over Redcliffe Dolphins

The SP PNG Hunters are placed second on the Intrust Super Cup ladder after they held off fast finishing Redcliffe Dolphins 22 - 18 at the National Football Stadium.  They are just one point behind the competition leaders Townsville Blackhawks. 

The Townsville Blackhawks were held to 28 - 28  all draw  by Burleih Bears. In other matches,

Mackay Cutters ran over  Ipswich Jets 38 - 36, Tweed Heads Seagulls thrashed Central Queenland Capras 38 - 4,  Northern Pride fell  to Wynnum Seaguls  6 - 34, Sunshine Coast down Northern Devils 28 - 4 while East Tigers came out winners  38 - 32 over South Logan Magpies.
