UPNG students to hold forum on Issues affecting the country
The University of Papua New Guinea students are planning to state a student forum on Monday to discuss some issues affecting the country. The students are concerned about political crisis following the closure of National Fraud Office .

According the Highlands Region Representative to the university’s Student Representative Council Mr Hercules Jim Palme, the Student Representative Council (SRC) has done awareness on the planned forum at the Medical Faculty; Taurama Campus and now are calling on students to sign a petition for the current government to step down.
They will be presenting a petition on Monday which will basically call for the current Prime Minister Mr Peter O’Neill to comply with the law as well as the Police Commissioner Gari Baki to let the law speak and not interfere with the ruling of court.
