Female Grade 11 student assaulted by School Principal
By Peter S. KaulgaA Grade 11 female student from Yangoru Secondary School was beaten up by the Deputy Principal Mr. Philip Pena. She has been beaten on her face and sustained cuts and her right eye cannot be opened. She is seeking medical assistance. Meanwhile, the relatives of the student are taking the matter to court, saying it was an assault and child abuse.
