Kange's charges increased

Lawyer and husband of the late Regina Morove had his charges increased from the initial manslaughter charge to murder.

His lawyer submitted  in court that his charges be dismissed on grounds that his client had not been formally re-arrested for the new charges of murder.

The increase of Mr. Kange’s charges comes after new information was gathered by police investigators that warranted for murder charges to be laid.

He has been remanded at the Waigani Police holding cell so his re-arrest can be effected.
