Parliament re-called for Friday
A notice has been served for all MP’s in compliance with the Order of the Supreme Court this morning to attend the reconvening of Parliament on Friday this week at 2pm. The notice titled, “URGENT CALLING of MEETING OF PARLIAMENT” was authorized and signed by the Acting Clerk of Parliament KALA AUFA this afternoon.
The Supreme Court has this morning ordered the recall of Parliament in five days to hear a no-confidence motion in Prime Minister Peter O'Neill.
Opposition has also indicated during their Press Conference this afternoon that then Court’s ruling in favor of its application also indicates its superiority and legitimacy in exercising the RULE of Law at all levels of Government.
