Air Niugini to commence flights to FSM in December
National flag carrier, Air Niugini, will commence flights to the Federated States of Micronesia, in December.
Air Niugini announced in a statement, today, that new air services between Port Moresby and the F-S-M will start from December 3.
The airline made its maiden flight to Chuuk and Pohnpei in September when it flew in PNG delegates attending the 47th Pacific Islands Forum.
It will be operating two return air services a week, every Wednesdays and Saturdays, from Port Moresby to Chuuk and Pohnpei.
F-S-M is located in the North-Western Pacific and is one of the most remote and beautiful spots in the world with a lot of activities to offer.
Connections are available from Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Manila, Singapore, Nadi and Honiara to the F-S-M.
