MOU signed to boost Tourism in Papua New Guinea
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Tourism minister Tobias Kulang and the Paga Hill Estate Developers for the development of Paga Hill area as a tourism hub for the country.
Minister for Trade, Commerce and Industry Richard Maru said that this development in Paga Hill will see the number of tourists coming in to the country increase.
Minister Maru said that this project is a K2billion project that will beef up tourism in the country and also provide hospitality for visitors coming for the APEC meeting.
Maru added that Paga Hill is a good location to set up infrastructures and tourist attractions for the coming APEC meeting.
Maru said that this will create 2000 job opportunities for people in the country. PNGFM/PNG Today
