New Zealand Foreign Affairs Minister in PNG for APEC talks
New Zealand's Foreign Affairs Minister, Murray McCully, is in Papua New Guinea for a three day visit.
Mr McCully and his delegation arrived in Port Moresby yesterday afternoon, to reiterate the relationship between New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
High on their agenda will be discussions surrounding New Zealand's support to PNG's hosting of the APEC summit in 2018 and its commitment to development programs in the country.
Mr McCully was also expected to sign an air service agreement with PNG's Foreign Affairs Minister, Rimbink Pato.
He was also expected to meet with the Minister responsible for APEC, Justin Tkatchenko, and Finance Minister, James Marape, amongst others.
