Pangu's Singirok leads Madang Regional
Pangu Pati candidate Jerry Singirok has taken over the lead in the Madang Provincial Seat count.
The former PNG Defence Force Commander takes over the lead as counting of boxes goes into the 25 boxes from the Sumkar District.
After count 54 at two o'clock this afternoon, Singirok collected 2,132 votes in his home base, bringing his progressive total tally to 20,439 votes.
National Alliance candidate James Yali has gone down to the second spot with 20,041 votes.
Peoples Labor Party leader, Peter Yama, is now on the third spot with 18,923 votes.
Sitting Governor Jim Kas is on the fourth spot with 13,019 votes.
Counting still in progress at the Holy Spirit parish hall.
