Boas double gets Hunters over Falcons
The PNG Hunters fought back from a fast start from the Sunshine Coast Falcons to post a 24-12 win at National Football Stadium today.
The Falcons got off to the perfect start with try scoring front rower Jacob Hind crossing in just the second minute; before skipper Ase Boas got his side on the board in the 33rd minute to put his side back on track.
Boas crossed for another try midway through in the second half to mark a successful return to the starting side after coach Michael Marum had him make his return from illness via the bench in the past few weeks.
