Manning supplies masks and sanitizers to the army

 Allegations made against the Director General State Events and Protocols in the department of PNG Prime Minister and the National Execute Council in relation to the recent cocaine drug bust in Port Moresby is being looked into at this time by police.

Police Commissioner David Manning told FM 100, he is yet to be briefed on this case however he is aware of these allegations.

Mr Manning says that police are treating this case as an isolated one from the drug bust case and he will make known the outcome of investigation once he is briefed.

Meantime Mr Manning remains tightlipped on the ongoing cocaine drug bust investigations headed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police Operations Donald Yamasombi.

In an update yesterday Prime Minister James Marape ordered that David John Cutmore the Australian pilot who flew into Port Moresby and landed at an airstrip outside of papa village will not be allowed to leave the country until investigations are complete.

Marape says Mr Cutmore will be kept in PNG until all those involved are brought to account for crimes committed in png as far as drug peddling is concerned.

Marape also added that police have arrested 4 Papua New Guineans in relation to this cocaine bust

He says, the investigation is picking out all necessary details needed to find those using PNG has a launching pad or place for national and international crimes and drugs.

Marape says he will ensure every individual involved in this drug syndicate are brought to justice.
