Four Left in Autonomous Bougainville Government Presidential Seat race
Four candidates are now left for the Autonomous Bougainville Government Presidential Seat race, after the 20th exclusion, as of last night.
Former Bougainville Revolutionary Army Commander, Ishmael Toroama still leads with 43, 624 votes, while Fr. Simon Dumarinu is still maintaining the second place with 28, 972 votes.
Former PNG Sports Foundation Executive Director Peter Tsiamalili Jnr is still on third place with 18, 444 votes, and Thomas Raivet is on 4th placing with 18, 016 votes.
Fidelis Semoso is on fifth placing with 17, 443 votes, and his votes are currently being distributed following his exclusion early this morning.
The Absolute Majority now stands at 63, 253 votes, while the Total allowable ballot papers still stands at 144, 222, Votes distributed is 6, 239.
The total Exhausted Ballot papers now stand at 5, 688, while the Total Ballot Papers Remaining in count is 126, 504.
