Justin Olam named Dally M Center of the year

 Papua New Guinea International and Melbourne Storm star, Justin Olam has been named Dally M centre of the year alongside Panthers Matt Burton in the NRL's Dally M awards tonight.

It has been a  remarkable individual performance from the homegrown talent following the footsteps of former Storm great - Marcus Bai. Season 2021 has been a stellar one for Olam despite his team falling one game short of the Grand Final. Olam's award caps off a wonderful season for Papua New Guinean internationals in NRL. The PNG LNG Kumuls fullback Alex Johnston took the Ker Irvine Medal for the Dally M Top Try Scorer for the second consecutive year, while Kumul flyer Xavier Coates got the Dally M Tackle of the year. Three awards in the Dally M arena.
