Air Niugini resumes services to Manila, Philippines
Papua New Guinea national flag carrier and airline, Air Niugini has resumed its services to Manila, Philippines after the Philippines government relaxed restrictions of flights from Papua New Guinea. The airline released the following statement.

"Air Niugini wishes to advise customers that the Philippines Government has now removed the restriction on carriage of passengers originating in PNG to the Philippines with immediate effect from today, Friday 01st October.
PX010/PX011 flights between Port Moresby and Manila are now operating as per normal schedule.
Air Niugini’s Boeing 737 flies to Manila twice weekly, on Fridays and Sundays.
In addition to Manila, Air Niugini currently flies to Singapore (4 flights weekly), Hong Kong (2 weekly), Brisbane (6 weekly) and Sydney (1 weekly).
