PNG Olympic Committee Thanks Pilot Luke Hammer of Saman Balus and Samaritan Aviation
The Papua New Guinea (PNG) Olympic Committee serving in its capacity as the Papua New Guinea Commonwealth Games Association would like to acknowledge and thank Pilot Luke Hammer of Saman Balus and Samaritan Aviation.

The Saman Balus (as referred to by the locals) assisted with the transportation of the Queen's Baton and the relay team on day 2 of the #QBR whilst in Papua New Guinea.
From Wewak District, to Angoram District, flew by Yangoru Sause District, over Wosera Gawi District and also to Ambunti District.
Samaritan Aviation is a Christian NGO that offers access and hope to the remote River communities in Papua New Guinea using amphibious airplanes.
They work in partnership with the PNG National Department of Health to strengthen the Health Service delivery sector and are on call 7 days a week for emergency medical Flights, Deliver medical supplies and teams to the remote river clinics, and respond to natural disasters and sickness outbreaks.
The Samaritan Aviation provides this at no charge to the local people with the goal to be Gods love in action.
