Telikom PNG Limited And US based Bankai Group Sign MoU

Telikom  PNG Limited has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bankai Group, a US based company and a global leader in the telecommunications industry. The MOU signing was done during the PITA Conference & AGM held in Port Moresby last week. The agreement is set to pave the way for a new era of growth and development for both companies. 🇵🇬

Under the agreement, Bankai will provide Telikom Limited with a range of services, including voice and data connectivity, cloud services, roaming and managed services. This partnership will enable Telikom Limited to enhance its service offerings and improve its network infrastructure, ensuring that its customers  receive the highest quality of telecommunications services.

Spokesperson for Telikom Limited stated that Bankai Group is a world renown company that Telikom Limited is looking forward to working with in terms of improving inbound and outbound call fraud, as that is seen as one of the major challenges faced by the company but more so, to improve roaming and SMS services.

Telikom Limited aims to improve roaming services  with certain countries, especially with their outbound calls and also to narrow down the trouble shooting process to enhance customer experience.
