PNG Hunters team named for round 13 match against Northern Pride

The Papua New Guinea SP Hunters team has been announced for round 13 clash against the visiting Northern Pride . The game will be played at the National Football stadium in Port Moresby. Injuries and suspensions have forced Michael Marum to make several changes in this match.

Fullback Stargroth Amean has been ruled out after suffering a concussion during last Sunday’s game. He will be replaced by Bland Abavu.

Utility player Adex Wera will also miss this weekend’s game after being suspended for two games for a dangerous throw.

Philemon Kimisive has been promoted to wing in the starting line-up.

Prop Esau Siune and back rower Ishmael Balkawa make welcomed returns to the run on side while Tuvi Lepan will start at lock.

Nixon Borana also returns from injury and has been named in the 20-man extended bench.

The game will kick off at 6.30pm under lights.
