Trivedy: Economic Growth must improve the lives of people

Translating the economic growth into improving the lives of people is a challenge for Papua New Guinea.
This was what the United Nations Coordinator-PNG Representative Roy Trivedy said during the launching of the 2015 Papua New Guinea Business Report by the Oxford Business Group.
Mr Trivedy said during the launching that getting views from local people on how they are benefiting from the economy and investing in education, law and order, agriculture and tourism can boost the economy of the country as well as improving the livelihood of people.
He stated further that the country needs strong investment in human capital and people with right discipline and ethics.
