Former MP and Peoples' National Congress Party candidate, David Arore has been declared winner of the Ijivitari by-election this afternoon by the Acting Provincial Returning officer, Ms Daisy Hombagani.. Mr Arore won by 9787 votes after second round of eliminations. John Warisan finished 2nd with 8389 votes.
