Basil welcomes Micah : More coalition partners to join

Deputy Opposition Leader and Pangu Pati Leader Sam Basil has commended People’s Progress Party Leader Ben Micah for making a bold step to announce his party’s alignment with PANGU Pati.

Basil welcomes the announcement and says he has been in close contact with Micah in previous months and he is happy about PPP’s move to join forces with PANGU.

Ben Micah who is a senior minister in the O’Neil/Dion government made the announcement in Kavieng when meeting with his PPP, Melanesian Alliance and PANGU Pati officials.

Meanwhile the opposition coalition parties remains intact and are looking forward to welcome more political parties to partner with into the 2017 elections.
