PNG University of Technology begins registration for aptitude test
Over 700 Grade 12 School Leavers mostly for Lae and POM, have registered to sit for the SPECIAL TERTIARY ADMISSIONS TEST introduced this year by UNITECH. The process is simple, if you DON’T SIT this TEST, you will not be considered for studies next year. The STAT is an aptitude test used widely by Universities abroad. Due date for students to register for STAT-P Test has now been extended from 10 to 20 October 2016. The students are required to follow the link; https://statpngreg.acer.edu.au to preregister. After completing the registration, a fee of K100 must be paid into the PNGUoT BSP Account No: 1000386581 and the deposit slip be emailed to admissions@pnguot.ac.pg to complete the registration process.
The deposit slip should have the name and STAT-P ID number of the student. The test will be conducted from 7 to 9 November 2016 in the following venues; The PNG University of Natural Resources & Environment (Vudal) for the New Guinea Islands region, in Port Moresby National High School for the Southern Region, in Tusbab Secondary School and PNGUoT Taraka Campus for Momase region and in Goroka Secondary School and Holy Trinity Teachers College for the Highlands region.
