Port Moresby - Townsville direct flights start this Friday

The Papua New Guinea's  National Flag Carrier Air Niugini will be doing a weekly flight direct to Townsville from Port Moresby starting this Friday.

The new route was announced at a function hosted by the Youth With A Mission or Y WAM Wednesday evening.

YWam will be using this service to transport its volunteers to and from Port Moresby.
Spokesperson of Y Wam Susan Dunn said Y WAM will have a total of almost 1 thousand travellers using the route by the year's end. NBC/PNG Today
