Taylor in PNG to Discuss Regional Issues
The Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum, Dame Meg Taylor, is in Port Moresby today to discussion key regional priorities which include security, climate change and regional trade among others.
Dame Meg will visit Prime Minister James Marape and the Minister for Foreign Affairs Soroi Eoe.
She will also undertake Pacific Islands Forum Regional Policy Consultations with senior officials, civil society and the private sector
Dame Meg is also expected to brief the PNG Government and officials on arrangements for the Pacific Islands Forum Foreign Ministers, Economic Ministers and Leaders meetings which takes place over July - August.
She will depart Port Moresby on Wednesday.
