PNG Records Two More COVID-19 Deaths
Papua New Guinea has recorded two more deaths from coronavirus. The deaths were recorded in West Sepik Province in the past 24-hours.
According to health authorities in the province, both were in isolation when they passed away.
This was announced by National Coordination Centre Incident Manager, Dr. Daoni Esorom on NBC's Talkback show last night.
''The first one is a 17-year-old male, who was in an isolation at the Sandaun hospital when he passed away.
''Next one is a 27-year-old female who died after giving birth, Dr. Daoni Esorom explains.
Meantime, in the last 24 hours, 30 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the National Capital District alone bringing the total to 535.
