Rellie Kaputin is Flag Bearer for PNG at Commonwealth Games

The PNG Olympic Committee announced tonight that Rellie Kaputin is the official flag bearer of Team PNG to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Rellie Kaputin is PNG's champion and current national record holder in three field events - long jump, triple jump, and high jump.

She is also the Pacific Games record holder in long jump.

Team PNG departs for Birmingham on the 21st of July.

The Commonwealth Games will be opened on the 28th July and closed on the 8th of August.
