BSP Team Brings Graduate Program Awareness to PNG's Divine Word University
Students at Divine Word University in Madang have been encouraged to prepare early for employment opportunities after Bank South Pacific conducted a Graduate Development Program awareness session on campus.
The roadshow gave aspiring graduates an opportunity to engage directly with BSP officials and learn more about the bank’s graduate recruitment process and professional training programs.

Representatives from BSP spoke extensively about the Graduate Development Program, highlighting the qualities the bank looks for in graduates and the different career areas available within the organisation.
The presentation was delivered by Talent and Graduate Development Program Manager Joni Babona together with Talent Acquisition Manager Melinda Pohonhelan and Talent Acquisition Officer Mitchell Sarufa.
Students were taken through the application procedures, eligibility requirements and expectations for candidates seeking entry into the program.
Many students used the interactive forum to seek clarification on career growth, workplace culture and the skills needed to succeed in the banking and finance industry.
BSP Madang Branch Credit Sales Manager Hansley Rouma shared his own experience as a former participant in the Graduate Development Program, giving students practical insight into how the initiative can open doors for career advancement.
Divine Word University expressed appreciation to BSP for visiting the campus and equipping students with information to help guide their future career decisions.
