PNG Hebou Barramundis defeat Kenya in International Cricket match

The PNG cricket team , the  Hebou Barramundis  defeated Kenya in a historical International Cricket Council sanctioned  match in Port Moresby.  The PNG Hebou Barramundis won with a score of 4 for 189 with 6 wickets and 93 balls with twenty five year old Chad Soper starring with the ball along with PNG Hebou Barramundis captain Assad Vala starring with the bat in the man of the match performance.

Kenya won the toss and elected to bat first and were all bundled out for 188 runs in the 47th over Chad Soper was the pick of the bowlers for the PNG Hebou Barramundis starring with a 5 wicket haul finishing with figures of 9 overs, one maiden with five wickets for twenty seven runs.

Playing in front of large home crowd and chasing 188 for victory openers Leka Siaka and Vani Vagi Morea began the run chase in earnest however in the 8th over Siaka fell when trying to go for a big boundry enter PNG Barramundis Vice Captain Assad Vala who paired with Morea for a one hundred partnership which allowed Vala to take centre stage with the bat in a man of the match performance with some big boundaries in his innings finishing with 68 not out the Kenyans now need to regroup for the last match when both teams face of on Monday.
