Prime Minister O'Neill visits Pacific Games facilities
The Prime Minister Peter O’Neill, Sports Minister Justin Tkatchenko and NCD Governor Powes Parkop toured the Pacific Games Facilities and Venues this morning accompanied by the Games Organising Committee to look at the progress so far.
The first stop was at the new Games Village at the University of Papua New Guinea and then a look at the revamped Sir John Guise outdoor stadium.
PM O’Neill assured all Papua New Guineans that after looking around the facilities and venues it will be finished in time for the games as more than 300 Papua New Guineans are working around the clock for the name of their country to deliver the best games in the pacific.
