Vitis industry gets certification of compliance

Vitis Industries, the producers of the famous Coffee Punch has today received its Certificate of Compliance from the Health Department.
The certificate was presented to the company by the Secretary for Health Pascoe Kase in the closing of the half day Seminar on Food Safety and Sanitation in Port Moresby.
This certificate shows that Vitis has been audited by the Health Department’s Food Sanitation Council and as complied with the requirements in the Food Standards and Food Act of PNG making its products appropriate for human consumptions.
Upon receiving the certificate, Vitis General Manager Ms Viki Mosin thanked the Health Department and NCDC and encouraged other manufacturing companies to abide by the standards set by our concerned authorities in order for them to produce the best for our people who are the consumers.
