PNC man Abel leads Alotau open

The ruling  Peoples National Congress (PNC) Party candidate and incumbent member, Charles Abel is leading the Alotau Open by  1520 votes after count 5.  Following closely on second place  is an independent candidate Allan Baniyamai with 715 votes. Counting resumed this morning and is in progress.
