Tkatchenko wins Moresby South Open on Absolute Majority

Port Moresby South incumbent member and Peoples National Congress (PNC) candidate, Justin Tkatchenko has won the Port Moresby Open with 19,926 votes. The official declaration of his win  will be announced  soon  by the returning officer  after he polled 19, 926 votes on count 96. He will be the first MP to declared on first count as the  Absolute Majority to Win the First Count is 18,734.

Tkatkchenko thank the people of Moresby South for having faith in him and giving another term through the ballots. " So that means my wonderful people of Moresby South YOU ARE THE WINNERS. Congratulations and Thank You for your Trust, Respect and Confidence in me to Lead you for the next 5 years for the benefit of you, your family and your Community.
