Air Niugini Temporarily Suspends Flights to Mt Hagen due to civil unrest
Air Niugini wishes to advise our valued customers that due to current civil unrest in Mt Hagen, all flights to Kagamuga airport are suspended for today, Thursday 12th May.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will advise when it’s safe to resume operations. Passengers who have already purchased tickets can revalidate their travel without penalties.
We regret the inconvenience caused, however the situation is beyond the airline’s control. Safety is always of paramount importance in our operations.
