COURT STAYS PM'S ARREST
The National Court has issued an interim stay on the arrest of Prime Minister Peter O'Neill and will review a district court decision handed down earlier this month.
The review application was filed by Police Commissioner Geoffery Vaki and supported by Mr O'Neill.
That was to review the decision of Chief Magistrate Nerrie Eliakim who refused to set aside the warrant of arrest.
A decision was handed down this morning after submissions were made by lawyers for Police Commissioner Geoffery Vaki and the Prime Minister.
Meantime, the same court says constitutional issues have been raised by Mr. Vaki and will be dealt with at the Supreme Court
