The PICP WAN constitution promotes collaboration and information exchange to support its vision of fostering strong, courageous, and ethical leadership, which ensures quality policing and excellent customer service.

Composed of female members from the RPNGC, the RPNGC WAN is dedicated to empowering women by enhancing their skills and competencies within the organization. The network is also proud to be a part of the International Association of Women Police (IAWP), which hosts an annual training conference.

This conference, held in different countries each year, brings together policewomen from around the world to participate in training sessions. Attendees benefit from interactions with inspiring professionals and motivational speakers—both police officers and civilians—who share insights and experiences on contemporary policing challenges and issues.

These international events are instrumental in advocating for and advancing women’s equity and opportunities in policing services.
